By accessing or using QuickOEM you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
QuickOEM is a digital matchmaking platform that connects beauty brands, influencers and distributors with verified cosmetics manufacturers. QuickOEM is not a manufacturer: we do not produce goods, take title to goods, or act as a seller of record. Production, quality, delivery and regulatory compliance are the responsibility of the factory you choose.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to use the platform only for lawful business purposes, and not to misrepresent your identity, your company or your sourcing requirements. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any contract with a factory.
The platform, its design, text, graphics, logos and software are owned by QuickOEM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant QuickOEM a licence to use it for the purpose of operating the matchmaking service.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we verify factories against documented criteria, QuickOEM makes no warranty as to the accuracy of factory-supplied information or the quality of any resulting product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickOEM shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any transaction with a third-party factory.
